The suspect, briefly.
I studied to become a forensic investigator, realised I didn't want to spend my life in the darkest corners of other people's lives, and ended up solving a much friendlier kind of mystery instead: why businesses go quiet online.
These days I'm the entire marketing and IT department for a telecoms retail group with two brands and more than twenty stores, which is a fancy way of saying I build the websites, the CRM, the SEO, the content systems and the occasional Wi-Fi rescue, usually before lunch. I've got a BSc in Computing (four modules from done, and yes, I'm finishing it), a certificate in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design, and a slightly unusual detour through forensic studies, personal training and sport psychology that turns out to be very handy when you're trying to work out why customers do what they do.
I'm also an introvert with a daredevil streak, a comedy fan who refuses to watch horror, and the kind of person who will happily talk about quantum physics and how everything is connected through energy until someone gently changes the subject.
